Flat Fee Structure

Our competitive Flat Fee Structure differs from typical recruitment fee structures in that it does not increase according to base salary. Instead, we charge:

  • 13% Flat Fee (5 weeks exclusivity)
  • 15% Flat Fee with Training (5 weeks exclusivity)
  • 17% non-exclusive

Subscription Structure

Sugar Recruitment is the only consulting business to offer a monthly subscription rate. Our Subscription Structure is based on the concept of In-Sourcing --working with, not for, your company in a long-term partnership while continually assessing and addressing your needs. We consult with managers and team leaders before and after placement, provide the high-quality, professionally-trained candidates you require, and remain actively involved in the “long term care” of both customer and candidate.

All for a single monthly subscription fee.

We work with you to come up with a comprehensive programme and monthly fee that suits your needs, based on the estimated number of candidates required during the course of the year and the level of the candidate roles. That fee assures budget certainty and includes a complete, end to end candidate sourcing solution including:
