Scope
We have worked with over 400 companies, across 50 industries, both nationally and internationally since 1993. We have undertaken training projects ranging from one-on-one coaching to training over 1,500 participants in one programme.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) we have been working closely with many businesses, successfully delivering nationally recognised Certificate programmes, primarily in the areas of Customer Contact and Frontline Management.
Our acquisition in 2006 by Sugar International has bought a wealth of experience in the provision of business management, sales and customer service training to multi-branch and franchise organisations.
